Waiver of Exclusion on Treatment of Influenza A (H1N1)
With the Influenza A (H1N1) pandemic being the most talked about topic in our daily news, you may be concerned if your policy will be covered if you are infected with the disease. In standing by the customers and to provide relief in such worrying situation, ING has decided to waive the policy exclusion of “any communicable diseases required quarantine by law” until the end of the year and honor claims for Influenza A (H1N1):
- Diagnosed from 14/08/09 to 31/12/09.
- With in-hospital treatment in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
- Under all inforce medical plans/ riders offered by agency channel.
The waiver of the exclusion ends on 31/12/09 and claims eligibility will be as per terms and condition of the policy contract. ING hope that with this, the customer will find that the road to recovery would be easier with ING.
